Epeius Clinical Development Worldwide

Epeius Biotechnologies is expanding the clinical development of REXIN-G worldwide with new treatment centers in the United States and the Philippines. Following on the heels of product registration by the Philippine BFAD for all solid chemo-resistant tumors, REXIN-G has been granted Orphan Drug Status by the U.S. FDA for three separate cancer indications. In the United States, Epeius has recently advanced its clinical studies from Phase I to Phase I/II and Phase II with adaptive trials for pancreatic cancer, breast cancer, soft tissue sarcoma, and a confirmatory trial for osteosarcoma, respectively. In addition to the rapid development of REXIN-G as second-line treatment for chemotherapy-resistant cancers, Epeius Biotech is currently planning clinical studies of REXIN-G in combination with REXIMMUNE-C for cancer vaccination, and also REXIN-G as first-line treatment, in combination with chemotherapy.
